Eric Freed – Eric’s keen sense of business and marketing make him more than a plethora of technical information and experience. With an extensive knowledge of our domain registration service he often takes time to personally contact clients as the last few days of a domain’s life tick away. If you’ve ever registered a domain with WD Web rest assured it is in good hands, he knows how critical a domain name is to a online storefront. Eric received his nick-name ” The Viking” while representing MorePhotos at Europe’s biggest annual imaging show, you’ll have to ask him directly for more details.

Tomas Bucco – The self proclaimed “Best looking guy in the office” Tomas has recently tackled the job of Lab Images manager in addition to his daily support tasks. Friendly, charismatic and always willing to go the extra mile, Tomas has garnered a loyal following of customers that frequently ask for him by name whenever help is needed.

James Perreault – James has been the driving force behind the company’s recent surge into social networking. He is responsible for creating and maintaining the MorePhotos Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages as well as taking on the administrative tasks of the MorePhotos Photography and Support Forums (currently in beta). James’ zeal for technical know-how has given him a working knowledge of, among other things Microsoft IIS, DNS, mySQL, PHP, and CSS.

Brenda Schaub - Brenda’s previous job in telephony support makes her the go-to person in the office for help with our phone systems. She is currently researching phone system upgrades to help deliver a better MorePhotos call center experience. She has great patience and often utilizes our remote support software to deliver step by step support to those in need.
